Arizona Guardians and Conservators, LLC is a group of trained professionals certified by the Arizona Supreme Court. We are surety bonded, surrogate decision-makers educated in the disciplines of problem resolution, ethics, core values, principles, prudent investment, and substituted judgment.
We are members of the National Guardianship Association and the Arizona Fiduciaries Association.
OUR CLIENT'S FUTURE
Our compassionate, bi-lingual staff will guide our clients to a safe environment, prudent medical care and emotional support. Those clients who are vulnerable or have been exploited will be protected and led to a safe living environment, proper medical care and a stable future using guidelines of "least restrictive" environment.
HOW DO WE WORK?
Prior to a crisis, completion of proper forms allows a smooth transition. During a crisis or after an exploitation, we are prepared to act as court appointed Guardian or Conservator, or act as voluntary Power of Attorney.
OUR STAFF
Our staff includes two Arizona Supreme Court Certified Fiduciaries, both Registered Guardians, a national designation. Our Medical director is an Internal Medicine M.D. who will make house calls, a Social Worker, a Registered Nurse who monitors medications, four trained Patient Advocates who will medical visits with clients, and field staff who will assist with daily living activities.
